There have been a number of sneak break ins in the Carina area. Sneak break ins occur when the residents are home and offenders slip in and out of the house quickly stealing any valuables they see lying around.
Offenders are entering homes by forcing garage doors or removing fly screens from windows.
In some instances offenders are gaining entry through unlocked doors and windows.
These breaks are occurring overnight and offenders are targeting wallets, handbags, cash and small jewellery items.
Most victims have reported finding their wallets, handbags and credit cards in their yards with cash missing.
Please ensure your home is left secured and report any suspicious activity, persons or vehicles to police.
