1. Stick to the power without against the power – match power with angle and speed with timing.

2. Control the power by rolling – any power that comes use a rolling touch. Every contact should be rolling.

Waterman training

1. Chain reaction equal power – absorb the power by flowing with the power reflect the exact same amount of power into a different angle for attack 

2. Attack and defense as one – defense without being against the power and attack with same amount

To catch the power without against –

A. 3 timings 1. Before 2. Middle 3. If they get you. Number 2 is the most chance 

B. the moment of touching have to curve and twist to become control or attack with 1 or 2 hands. 2 hands style is better. 

C. Use their direction do not push them away. If going to push them away have to be from their centre position. Using the rolling their centre with whole body power.

Take from closer to centre area and lock near the joint area. Do not take from the front part like the hand. Take and attack should be one motion..

45 degree connection touching as light as possible and do not push them away. Move your centre away from power meanwhile be aware the opponents intention

When you attack and the opponent use 45 degree change to double out. Push slightly down before attacking the centre

Centre triangle – attack 3d 45 degree to any kind of double punch or double attack each move – go closer into centre more and more

Whenever they attack you with their hand or leg you have to have no fear of that attack instead take that as a chance to attack their attack which means don’t try to attack their centre but attack the hand or leg.
