Chi gong grading on August 20th.

1. Create a subject as the main spirit eg Joy, Light, Calm or peaceful etc

2.Do not try to feel you are showing for others. You must enjoy that spirit for yourself and that joy will spread naturally.

3. Get rid of try hard and comparing heart, otherwise you will be lost in try hard stage of comparing and worrying about other people’s judgement.

4. Chose any music to create your own speed challenge to match the melody of your choice. That way you will enjoy the art of moving meditation affect with art of sound. Make sure your movement and music are united as 1 without any stress or hurry.

Practice with these 4 tips you will surely enjoy the grading 🙂 Sifu
