More About the Course

This five-chapter course will help you better understand and cope with grief and fear. You will learn some tools and techniques that help you transform grief and fear into love and grace. 

Each chapter contains one or more of the following: videos, powerpoint presentations, hand-outs, worksheets, and guided meditations. You can work through each of them at your own pace. Take your time and reflect on the exercises as you go along. I will be hosting two LIVE zoom groups as well to provide an interactive portion to the course. Join me on November 22, 2020 and December 2, 2020 at 10:00 am MST for these two lessons.

The course is self-paced with two interactive zoom groups scheduled for Nov. 21 and Dec. 5.
